Pendergrass Logistics Center is a 532,980 SF cross-dock distribution facility under construction in Pendergrass, GA. The building will deliver in Spring of 2022. PLC is a joint venture between Seabrook Capital Partners and AEW. The project features additional trailer storage of 148 spaces.
