Seabrook Capital Partners (SCP), established in 2018, is a fully-integrated development and investment partnership headed up by local Atlanta veteran real estate executive Klay W. Simpson. The Seabrook CP partners have over 75 years of development and investment experience with both Industrial and Multi-Story Office product throughout the Southeast and Southwestern United States.

Klay has been a senior officer in publicly traded REITS, and Weeks Corporation, as well as owned and operated his own development and investment companies since the early 2000’s.

Seabrook CP have been directly involved with over 10 million square feet of Real Estate developments as well as over 2 million of acquiring Real Estate facilities in 3 different states, including build to suits, speculative new construction (both office and industrial) and the acquisition of value add investment opportunities.

In addition, they have developed close to 10 speculative industrial and office buildings, in each of the following business parks: Sugarloaf, Northmeadow, Southridge, Braselton, and Horizon.

Major financial partners and lenders have included SunTrust, RegionsBank, US Bank, Santander Bank, AEW, CalSTRS, Sealy & Company, Xebec Realty, and TPA Group.
